"Exclude" option no longer available in the web gui

This used to work, it was even added to the wiki.
No long available to Community, Premium, or admin accounts.

This isn't so much a bug as a configuration issue.

Exclude is available when using the Advanced filter for pokemon.

Wiki entry to follow in the next few days.

Click Menu -> Pokemon -> Advanced
Check available
Select Enable All in green.
Click Save.

Now Exclude will be available in the 3 dot menu.

This is a little risky though, as Advanced filtering is separate from the Global filtering in the Main menu pulldown. Per the Wiki

Needs a proper wiki bug entry, and probably an expanded section in the wiki itself.

Got some better drawing tools this morning so Wiki editing is easier.

does not need its own article. this is a general usage flow thing and is handled by the "advanced" menu.
exclude is a work around, and not the main path.
