Link supported commands with CLI reference

Currently we have the References > CLI Reference commented out for forge and cast, however we also have a supported commands section. Ideally we should look at combining both and have a table that links to these individual commands.

Alternatively we can autog-enerate the table as is done for the CLI reference section in the help.py script when run with --root-summary (we currently have it disabled as it will overwrite the CLI reference section).
