support different time format

Hey ! i added the feature and then new errors start appearing (missing method GetUserPreference) these errors starting coming in different files like availability test, notification_test and more , and then i asked gpt for help , that asked me to add getuserpreference in mock_plugin_api and when i did this my code editor saying "DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE" i also searched in overstack flow but didn't get any solution , so can you tell what am i doing wrong, It would be great help. As i was just starting out i didn't imagine these code can get this hectic T_T, i will try my best to resolve the issue. Thanks for Putting your precious time.
