Master View leftBarButtonItem width is shrinking

Matt,
Thank for your great work.

When I add a leftBarButtonItem to the master view then I try to drag the divider and shrink the master view. I find that the leftBarButtonItem shrink as well and never gets back to its size till I collapse and then expand (toggle) the master view.

Note: rightBarButtonItem width is fine and never shrinks.

Thank you for your reply.
I tried that patch but it does not work.
The problem I have is not related to rotation. It just happens when I drag the divider to the left and decrease the width of the master view
