Obtaining and Installing DOSE

There a few ways of obtaining a copy of DOSE and installing it.

Method 1: Periodic releases are available at DOSE release page with the following module documentation. Method 2: Forking of this repository from Github. Method 3: Forking of this repository from BitBucket

Methods 2 and 3 will be preferred in order to get the latest revision. However, it comes with the risk of additional bugs.

Once downloaded, it can be installed into Python site-packages using the standard installation procedure - "python setup.py install".

DOSE has an entry in Python Package Index (PyPI).
