This License Agreement governs the use or redistribution of Mavenbird software. By purchasing, installing, or using Mavenbird products, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, do not use Mavenbird products.

The Agreement is effective when you acquire the software. Mavenbird may modify the license terms at any time.

1. **Grant of License:**
   - You receive 100% open source code.
   - You obtain a License Certificate, valid until you stop using the product or Mavenbird terminates the License. Each certificate is valid for one live Magento installation and unlimited test installations.
   - You may customize the products for your use.
   - Each new software installation requires a separate License. You cannot use the code in other software, products, or websites. Preserve copyright information intact.

2. **Distribution:**
   - Distribution of Mavenbird software to third parties is prohibited without permission. Unauthorized distribution, including non-commercial, violates this Agreement.

3. **Rental:**
   - You cannot give, sell, sub-license, rent, lease, or lend the software.

4. **Compliance with Laws:**
   - You must comply with all applicable laws. Mavenbird software is protected by copyright laws. Any copyright violation will be prosecuted.

5. **Termination:**
   - Mavenbird may terminate this License if you fail to comply with its terms. In such a case, you must destroy all copies of the software. Continued use after termination will result in legal action and recovery of costs by Mavenbird.

6. **Limitation of Liability:**
   - Mavenbird is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. This includes lost profits, business interruptions, or illegal use.
