Provide clarification on the implications of model license on the generated segmentations

I understand both the code and model weights are covered by CC-BY-NC license.

Since I am not a lawyer, I do not have a legal counsel, I don't know the precedents, but I most definitely do not want to violate any laws by using this code/model: can you please clarify if there are any implications on the licensing of the segmentations produced by this code/model? I.e., if I generate segmentations using you code, am I required to make sure those are also available under CC-BY-NC license?

Are segmentations produced by this code considered "Adapted Material" and as such can be used for non-commercial purposes only?
