Overview

This repository contains all the custom codes from the study: "NF1 modulates microtubular repair and dictates sensitivity to maytansinoid antibody-drug conjugates in HER2-positive breast cancer". In particular:

• FUCCI: scripts and data to perform cell cycle phase analysis
• Rescue: scripts, data and a htlml file to identify damaged sites on microtubules and regions of tubulin repair

System requirements

Each folder contains a session_info.txt file, that includes software dependencies and operating systems

Installation

It is possible to install from Github:
