Physics and AI Workshop

The Department of Physics, RQMP and CAMBAM are sponsoring a workshop, it'll feature
interesting speakers who are leading researchers in the use of machine learning in
the natural sciences (Roger Melko from the University of Waterloo and Edward Ott
from the University of Maryland).

There is ample of opportunity for students and
postdocs in all physical sciences ( not only physics!) to give short talks and
poster presentations.

Each day will have a dedicated hands-on workshop
featuring introductory and intermediate level machine learning, which will be run
by an expert in the topic from the McGill High Performance Computing Centre.
