Move data from self-hosted to hosted supabase?

I originally self-host on my local machine but later decided to move to hosted version. But after following the instructions, the data in my local machine is not present in the hosted version. How do I move my local machine's data to the hosted one?

I ended up manually moving them by:

1. exporting all non-empty tables on http://localhost:54323 as csv files
2. check the primary id (e.g. user_id and workplace_id) on hosted version search and replace in the csv files
3. import on hosted supabase project. starting with tables containing primary keys and then those containing foreign keys (if you import in the wrong order the website will show an error and not let you import)

NOTE: I also encountered issue where the error says "description" should not be null. It's odd because the column in the export itself is empty. So I just add some random text to the column, import it, and then remove then after I successfully import it.
