This release contains comments and suggested changes from reviews at JOSS. Major changes include:

• Tests for nearly all the functions (except some golem functions)
• Updates to documentation (publications, author list, etc)
• Changes to the ui to improve clarity and usability
• Functionality suggestions from Hao Ye (documented in more detail here)
