Should these (and similar cases) have been merged?

We worked very hard to identify "no-brainer" mappings and replace DrOn IDs with ChEBI. I have no idea how we missed this one. Yes, we can fix this one, but in general it is a surprise and so until we see more like it, it will be hard to identify a systematic reason for the failure. We are limited to fixing them as people find them for the moment (although obviously we can try more basic matching).
