Usage

pkgsigntool.exe < command > < parameters >

 Available command :

Unpack :  Unpacking a given package to the specified output directory

Update :  Update component manifests in an unpacked package after it has been signed

Repack :  Repacking an unpacked package and save to the specified file

Run pkgsigntool.exe < command > /? to check command line parameters for each command
