scene shifting origin

This scene is, again, based on the Free Flight scene.
In addition, the Map and Camera are configured to use the Shifting Origin.
To make the functionality clear, the coordinates of the camera are shown in the GUI. The coordinates shown are in both systems: in Unity world space and VTS navigation SRS.
Notice how the position in Unity world space changes whenever the shifting has occurred, while the coordinates in VTS navigation remains the same.
