There is currently no way to use this project without the dropwizard-crypto project. Add a CLI to the project that will encrypt/decrypt JSON.

High level requirements:

support encryption/decryption of nested JSON elements.
the CLI should not release to Maven Central
the CLI should be installed using brew

ctrimble added the enhancement label
