- Flights to India are suspended.
- This does not apply to:
- relief, repatriation and humanitarian flights;
- flights under the Air Transport Bubbles.
- The following passengers are allowed to enter:
- nationals of Bhutan, India, Maldives and Nepal;
- passengers with a residence permit issued by India;
- passengers with a tourist visa issued on or after 6 October 2021, or a medical visa issued after 21 October 2020, or any other type of visa;
- passengers with an E-Tourist visa issued on or after 6 October 2021, or any other type of E-visa;
- passengers with an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card or booklet;
- passengers with a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport and an NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by the Ministry of External Affairs.
- Passengers are not allowed to transit through Bangalore (BLR), Chennai (MAA), Delhi (DEL), Hyderabad (HYD), Kolkata (CCU) or Mumbai (BOM) to a third country.
- E-Tourist visas and tourist visas (Type T) are no longer valid.
- This does not apply to E-Tourist visas and tourist visas (Type T) issued on or after 6 October 2021.
- Medical visas issued on or before 21 October 2020 are no longer valid.
- Passengers must complete the self-declaration form before departure. They must select ‘Air Suvidha' on the right top corner at www.newdelhiairport.in
- Passengers must have a printed negative COVID-19 CRISPR, RT-LAMP or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test must be uploaded at www.newdelhiairport.in
- This does not apply to passenger younger than 5 years;
- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. The certificate must be issued in Albania, Andorra, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Botswana, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, India, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova (Rep.), Mongolia, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, North Macedonia (Rep.), Oman, Palestinian Territory, Panama, Paraguay, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Viet Nam or Zimbabwe. The certificate must also be uploaded at www.newdelhiairport.in .
- Passengers could be subject to medical screening.
