  1. Passengers arriving from or who have transited through Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
  • This does not apply to nationals and residents of Iran.
  1. Passengers entering or transiting through Iran must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English or approved by an Iranian consulate.
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
  1. Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate in English showing that they were:
  • fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 9 months before arrival; or
  • fully vaccinated and received a booster dose. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac and Sputnik V. The certificate must have a QR code for passengers traveling to Isfahan (IFN).
  • This does not apply to:
  • nationals of Iran;
  • passengers younger than 12 years.
  1. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival when arriving from Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Burundi, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Rep., Egypt, El Salvador, Estonia, Ethiopia, Gabon, Georgia, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Jamaica, Kenya, Korea (Dem. People's Rep.), Kosovo, Latvia, Liberia, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldovia, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, North Macedonia (Rep.), Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea, Philippines , Romania, Russian Fed., Serbia, Seychelles, Slovenia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, USA, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam or Yemen.
  • This does not apply to passengers 12 years and younger.
  1. Passengers could be subject to COVID-19 test upon arrival and quarantine at their own expense.
  2. Nationals and residents of Iran arriving from or who have transited through Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe in the past 14 days are subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival and quarantine for 14 days at a hotel in the airport.
  3. Passengers must complete a "Self-declaration Form" before arrival at https://tinyurl.com/2amxzs3u
  4. E-visas can be obtained before departure at http://e_visa.mfa.ir/en/ . Passengers must have an e-visa confirmation and return/onward tickets.
