ISO19115/19139 Marine Community Profile schema plugin
This is the ISO19115/19139 schema plugin for GeoNetwork 3.x or greater version.
This schema is based on Version 1.4 of the MCP - the docs for Version 1.4 can be found at http://bluenet3.antcrc.utas.edu.au/mcp-doc. There are some experimental extensions included in this schema.
The schema is described in src/main/plugin/iso19139.mcp/schema-ident.xml.
