Issue with Icotope tab & Slick Slider

I'm looking to combine Slick Slider with Isotope tabs. When there are more than six results in the tabs, the slider initializes correctly, but it currently displays all the data instead of just the filtered data.

Is there a method to effectively integrate Slick Slider with Isotope tabs?

So, this is working as expected, but when I tried to integrate this same code on my website, the filter for All is only working, and others are not working. Sharing the link to the website:
