how to use strophe.ibb.js for file transfer

Hi ,
I want to send an attachment using strophe.js . So i searched over findout strophe.ibb.js to send file over xmpp server. How could i proceed i have few clarification regard this 👍

1. If i upload a document where it should uploaded , i mean where it should exist.
2. after upload i have to call upload method of strophe.ibb.js ... Am in right way ?
3. How could we achive these all functionality any example program It would be really help full to me ...
