Meeting Notes - 10/18/21

Today we met to discuss our goals, review why this project matters and who we are serving, and establish our github patterns.

• Metaversity must be a sustainable and collaborative effort
• We may start with high level "how to become a metaverse developer" curriculum, but intend to eventually have content for becoming any kind of metaverse contributor (designer, entertainer, modeler, Avatar tailor, etc.)
• Created ticket Review Github Strategy for Metaversity #4 The group will review this How we use Github strategy document. We're using the OMI github strategy as a baseline. Please leave comments or suggestions on this ticket, and we will ceremoniously move this ticket to done next Monday.
• We created a new github repo metaversityfoundation/metaversity for managing our backlogs, discussing work, and helping others get involved.
• We reviewed a document that we have been working on for a few weeks that answers the core questions of why we are here, who we are serving, what we hope to accomplish, and other foundational elements. I pushed the most up to date version to the new repo using hackmd.
• I created a new backlog for tracking org related tasks. If we have more groups form in the future we can syndicate all of the tickets to the Holistic Foundation Board backlog.
• Part of our homework is to watch this AZPO (Autonomous Zero Point Organization) Call on youtube, as this is a structure gheric is recommending we consider for Metaversity. Created Issue Exploring AZPO Autonomous Zero Point Organization Call #5 to track and discuss.
