move roles to playbooks/roles (standard place to store roles in ansible)
mainnet solana_version: 1.14.20
testnet solana_version: 1.16.4
tuning sysctl and pam_limits
install acl (fix creating files)
the ability to change the solana user's home directory (needed for validators in StackPath / Edgevana)
add path to solana cli
remove sys-tuner.service
