Change sorting of Activity log page

Is your proposal related to a problem?

The problem is that the query found in: https://github.com/michelve/software-license-manager/blob/bf5734be57586c88bc7a9a1c207906ec9e460d57/includes/slm-utility.php#L48C17-L48C18 is sorted by time, but the logged time is only a time like: 2023-09-11 so sorting is difficult and random because the time can be the same for the log lines.

Change log to datetime or sort by ID

Additional context

Changing to date and time would be better so the log page gives more information.
