Proposed Changes
This PR ports the FIC sample from DotNet's. Additionally, it updates the README.md information, and bot references.
We moved the proxy sample from number 87 to 49, and added it to the list in the README, since it was colliding with the FIC sample.
Testing
The following image shows the bot started correctly.
