ResearchMode Accessibility in MRTK 3

Using ResearchMode for HoloLens 2 is not straightforward. In most cases, the application does not run in the first few trials (here)
Accessibility to all the sensor data should be simple. In my opinion, MRTK 3 should integrate the ResearchMode capability
