ExplorerDataProvider does not update breadcrumbs in Windows 11 #349

In the Windows 11 system, enter FolderView SDK Sample and do not update the breadcrumbs

According to the above support, IExplorerPaneVisibility can update the packet shards, but the commands are not displayed
