Running lsaprivs doesn't actually grant the user Log on as a service permission. #355

I compiled and ran the sample https://github.com/microsoft/Windows-classic-samples/tree/main/Samples/Win7Samples/security/lsapolicy/lsaprivs. It completed without error, but had no effect.

It's supposed to grant the user the "Log on as a service" permission. But it doesn't. See screenshot.
