Possibility to reroute _diag logs to stdout or err

I currently have an issue which requires me the use diag logs.
But the issue is that i am running my jobs via k8s, and this ephermal storage dies in the end with the agent.
I need a way to reroute these logs to stdout or stderr, so i could view those, either in azdevops or my logs solution.
