It sounds like there is an issue with the accounts connection to the server.
This usually means that the logged in user does not have correct permissions to the environment, or you have cached permissions in PBI.

After double checking the user in the environment you might want to clear permissions

Hi @Jenefer-Monroe
I had already tried clearing the permissions multiple times and still get same error while accessing the environment through PBI Dashboards.

Any other suggestions will be highly appreciated,

Are you certain that the logged in user has sys admin (or similar) access to the envt you pasted?

The error seems unrelated to the PBIT file other that the tables referenced so I dont think its about the version but we can double check that.
Can you please share a screenshot of the solutions you have installed in this environment? Be sure to show all records (all rows) and expand the indicated columns so that we can see full names

Then what PBIT file did you use? I see reference to Nov 2024 and May 2023 in the screenshots.

Hi @Jenefer-Monroe

Here is the screenshot of solutions that I see for coe env.

Also the PBIT dashboards being used are as shown below,

This references to Nov 2024. Let me know if you need any other information?

ok it looks like you are not on matching versions of Core + PBIT. Your Core is from May 2024 and your PBIT is for Nov.
I wouldnt expect that error message but maybe we made a bigger change in the tables there than I recall.

I suggest you try with the May PBIT files to see if that works. I've included them here for you.

Hi @Jenefer-Monroe

The PBIT zip files that you have provided points back to may 2023, however I see data gets loaded in there. Could you please provide me the PBIT files for May 2024.

Image

Also, the second dashboard "Production_Coe_Dahsboard_may2024.pbit" file gives this warning.

I believe those are both the May 2024 pbit files
Image

I dont recall the situation for back in May for the other failure. It sounds like the error was related to mismatch though.
I"m afraid you'll need to upgrade to latest version of the kit and the PBIT files in order to proceed with that one.

Hi @Jenefer-Monroe

It looks like I am able to load the data with above mentioned PBIT files, however the title name suggest (may2023) for some reason although they are May 2024 as seen in second pointer.
Image

Also, could you please share the process on how to update the data periodically or does it always load current updated data of the environment, and we don't have to look at refreshing it every time?

I cannot really assist in why PBI shows that string there. My guess is that you are opening the template from an instance of PBI that already has a file open?

For keeping the file up to date, yes you can configure PBI to auto refresh. Here's some documentation for that
