Is it possible to build and run it on 1803?

What changes would I need to do to run it on 1803?

Any update on this. It would be more helpful if we are able build and run it on 1703 onwards. I guess we can use conditional xaml and achieve this.
Just any feature like corner radius is not working we can use conditional xaml and show it if the app is running on the desired os or else we will not show it.

It will be very helpful if we are provided with support from 1703 OS version onwards @kikisaints
