The Vegeta HTTP load-testing tool is capable of capturing latency information and generating heatmaps to help analyze the latency distribution. I found this tool to be invaluable when optimizing my personal web server project to reduce latency.

Here's an example of what this chart looks like:

I find this kind of visualization more useful than just looking at P90 and P99 values.
