PAC CLI pages upload data model error

We need to re-open the issue because it has recurred. Ref.: #897

Error: Power Pages entities for standard data model (v1) aren't available on this org, please install required packages on this org. If you are trying to upload to enhanced data model (v2), pass model version as "2". For more information see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/admin/enhanced-data-model#data-model-power-platform-cli-parameters.

via Power Platform Build Tools: v2.0.77 (latest) [w/ PAC CLI: v1.34]

Our current Partner Portal uses the standard data model, and we are not migrating to the enhanced data model yet. Additionally, the toggle for the enhanced data model is currently OFF in all environments.

And we are specifying through our pipelines that we are using model version 1:

   inputs:
     authenticationType: 'PowerPlatformSPN'
     PowerPlatformSPN: '$(EnvironmentSPN)'
     UploadPath: '$(PortalSrcPath)'

Are we missing something? Has there been a recent update, perhaps related to Wave 2, that could be affecting this?

Hi @mikevalentinecanteen @mdoll-aqu @jbuenoliveira,

I solved this by

1. Ensure "Switch to enhanced data model" toggle is turned off
   

2. Update all Power Pages related packages in Power Platform Admin center -> Environments -> The Environment

3. THE MOST IMPORTANT - Create a new Power Pages site - I feel there are other PowerPages Model Version 1 entities that have been introduced. When we create a new PowerPages site in the environment that is having issues, the platform ends up installing any new required entities for model version 1. You dont have to use this site, you can just delete it after it has been created. It took an unusually high 45 minutes to create this new model version 1 site on my environment.

Curious to know if it works for you guys.

Well, I had already turned off the switch and updated all the Power Pages packages. The only thing missing was the workaround you mentioned in step 3.
It's working as expected now!

Ok...so I have two production sites. Turning the switch back to disable the enhanced data model won't hurt anything?
