It totally crashes when I run wingetcreate which module not found on Windows 11 23H2 Release Preview. #487

I can't create the manifest using Windows 11 23H2 Release Preview Build.

@BrandonWanHuanSheng , I have tried spinning up a clean vm and I am not able to repro this error. The error message does make me think that your .NET runtime may be modified or corrupted. Could you try reinstalling the .NET 6.0 Desktop Runtime and seeing if that changes anything. It might be a shot in the dark but it's something to try.

It seem like does not change anything.
