I am a developer formerly of @dof-dss in the Northern Ireland Civil Service but now of Fujitsu Northern Ireland.
I use a variety of technologies and techniques i.e C#, Design patterns, SOLID, DotNet Core, MVC, api, ml.net, SQL, MySql, AWS, Cloud Foundry, Azure, Gov UK PaaS, CircleCI, AzureDevops, Units tests, UI tests etc...
