ConSplice Manuscript Repo

Jupyter Notebooks, scripts, and some data used to replicate the ConSplice and ConSpliceML results for the ConSplice Manuscript.

Directories

• data: Data used for the ConSplice manuscript. Data such as gnomAD, and other large files, are not stored in this repo but are referenced in the data dir.
• figures: Figures generated and used for the ConSplice manuscript.
• jupyter_notebooks: Jupyter notebooks used for analysis in the ConSplice manuscript.
• scripts: Scripts used to generate the ConSplice model, generate data, and perform analysis.
