Not getting notifications #2

Hello, I've installed and configured the plugin with my AWS credentials, however, I'm not getting notifications. I've been trying to enable Jenkins logging to see if any the errors that I see in the code show up, but I don't think I'm getting the logging configuration correct.

Can you please provide advice as to how I can figure out what the problem is?

I've tried using the package name in the logger: org.jenkinsci.plugins.snsnotify and also using hudson, but I'm not seeing anything about the snsnotify running. Does this mean that it's not running and I have a configuration error?

I added the arn to the individual jobs and the notifications are now coming though.
