Add ComputeNode, LocalV2, reorganize commands
- Rename `Local` to `LocalV1` - Rename `Remote` -> `RemoteV1` - Mark LocalV1 and RemoteV1 as deprecated - Move remote_v1.py and local_v1.py under `utils` Signed-off-by: Fabrice Normandin <normandf@mila.quebec>
