This PR adds a new workflow which will update the version of the MindsDB image used in the
docker-compose.ymlfile, update the version of the extension itself and then create a PR.Once this PR is merged, the existing workflow will be triggered and a new version of the extension will be pushed.
This will resolve the issue that has been described here: #6
