update readme with supported mindspore version for mindaudio

What does this PR do?

Type: doc

• A few minor changes to the README, mainly adding a table to describe the compatibility of between different MindAudio releases and MindSpore versions.
• Provide the main page readme in Chinese
• Update the readme of conformer
• Provide conformer with README in English
• Provide deepspeech2 with README in English
