Are you running a different nether mod to this one?

Searching this repository for "nether_rack_brick.png" or "nether_rack_brick" only brings up this issue. I can't completely rule out github's search being poor, or some other mod like stairs doing something funky with texture names, but it doesn't look like this nether mod uses or creates anything named like that, and it's never had a texture named that, so it'd be good to be certain before looking further.

I think the mod causing this error message is facade

If facade doesn't fix it, you could make a copy of nether_brick.png on your system called nether_rack_brick.png for the facade mod to use.
