Current problem

The list of possible destinations is now built dynamically. In the past we have tried to reduce the options in the elements by using a radio with conditional fields. However, this has led to some cases where there is only one option:

Possible solution

In these cases we should dynamically remove the radio options and just show the only possible destination type:
