BUG 描述
原先小说组件控制定制化组件发送广告请求的策略依赖于组件的加载依赖，会导致不稳定，和加了async了会导致大面积的报错

复现步骤
重新复现 Bug 的步骤
小说翻页后，common请求没法

期望结果
可以更精确的控制请求的时机，目前是通过mip.watch去监听全局数据的变化，走了单向数据流的方式
