A PyMol plugin for calculating Wu-Kabat Variability and displaying it on the pdb model
Make sure you have the following dependencies installed before using this PyMOL plugin:

You can also clone the repository and
pip install -r requirements.txt
To install this PyMOL plugin from a GitHub release, follow the steps below:

Download the zip file for the plugin from the GitHub releases page.

Extract the contents of the zip file to a directory of your choice.

Open PyMOL and navigate to the "Plugin" menu.

Select "Manage Plugins" to open the Plugin Manager.
