WK plugin - now porting to PyQt6

A PyMol plugin for calculating Wu-Kabat Variability and displaying it on the pdb model

Requirements

Make sure you have the following dependencies installed before using this PyMOL plugin:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Quick Install Guide

To install this PyMOL plugin from a GitHub release, follow the steps below:

  1. Download the zip file for the plugin from the GitHub releases page.

  2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a directory of your choice.

  3. Open PyMOL and navigate to the "Plugin" menu.

  4. Select "Manage Plugins" to open the Plugin Manager.

  5. Click on the "Install New Plugin" button within the Plugin Manager.

  6. Browse to the directory where you extracted the zip file and select the plugin file (usually with a .py extension).

  7. Click "Open" to install the plugin.

  8. The plugin should now be installed and available for use in PyMOL. You can access its functionality through the PyMOL interface or by using specific command-line commands associated with the plugin.
