Prebuilt binaries can be found at http://goo.gl/zkX4Y0 . Download, unpack, cd into a subfolder, and move all subfolders into corresponding MSYS2 mingw32/64 folder.

• Files for Visual Studio 2013 have -vc120 postfix
• Files for Visual Studio 2012 have -vc110 postfix
• -d stands for debug version
