There are features inside github where we can assign certain issues to individuals, so that we know person1 is working on issue1, person2 is working on issue2, etc. But I don't think its really necessary because this project is small and its really only you and bananae right now as active developers |

How do you feel about having a priority list and/or posting our currently planned tasks/focus within this project. If we know what each other is planning to work on it might be beneficial. We can post our intentions here when we start a new sub-task and check here to make sure one of the other members has not already taken ownership of a particular task (before we begin working on the item our self). I don't think there has been a situation where two people were (unknowingly) working on same task at the same time (double work), but it could happen without prior communication. I think it would be nice to know what each member is working on in advance anyway.
Each member can just update a single comment block (their own) with current tasks and priorities. Rather than having multiple comments that require scrolling this thread each time. Maybe provide a date/time of our current update next to the task. This would make it easy to know when each update is made at a glance.
What do you think?
