Currently, for constructions without road closures, the DATEX2CIFS transformations return the type as CONSTRUCTION (no subtype).

Google's CIFS examples use type=CONSTRUCTION:

On the other hand, the CIFS specification page does not list CONSTRUCTION as allowed value:

I asked Waze for the correct settings.
