Secondary timer(s)

Both #119 and #120 request having extra timers, but they probably have different behaviours.

#119 sounds like it could be a timer that synchronizes it's pause/resume with the main timer, but is much longer and prompts all users to take a break after n minutes.

#120 sounds like a separate/isolated timer for reflection/mini-retros before a break.
