CRA 5.x decorators setup broken

Has anyone managed to get the decorators work with JS in CRA 5.x? With Typescript it works fine, but with JS I cannot make it work. CRA 4.x was super easy, with CRACO +

That's all it needed. Now with CRA 5.x we have Babel 7.16 which needs I guess needs assumptions + this decorator error.
