Add open-source library FluidSystemComponents to the library listing

This is the open source Modelica library which contains;

• basic fluid system components such as pump, pressure relieve valve, generic flow restriction component, etc
• sensors displaying value and color on diagram
• blocks which calculates basic thermo-fluid process such as isentropic expansion
• utilities for data reading
• example models using above
  All components are compatible with fluid package of MSL.

This library is already part of the modelica-3rdparty collection (https://github.com/modelica-3rdparty/FluidSystemComponents). Which is the basis for the generated listing on modelica.org/libraries. Unfortunately, that listing has not yet been updated after the transition of modelica.org to a new system. So I hope that the @MABackoffice can trigger some webmaster resources to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Apparently this list is handeled by Open Modelica. @adeas31 Could you help?

@adeas31 is off for a while. I'm not sure OSMC has such a responsibility, we maintain our own list of open source supported library with the OMC package manager, but that's another story. @sjoelund can you comment on that?

FluidSystemComponents is now listed on https://modelica.org/libraries/. I guess @sjoelund fixed it already.

@casella we use to maintain this stuff as part of Modelica webmaster work but not anymore.
