The complete interface to a Graph consists of a set of one or more External Inputs and/or Outputs.
For example, a Shlaer-Mellor state activity graph requires an External Input for each incoming event parameter.
Also, a class method activity would require an External Input for each incoming parameter and an External Output for each output parameter.
